The Federal Polytechnic
Nekede is a higher institution of federal property located in Nekede, a town in
Imo State, southeast Nigeria.
It was settled in a
temporary site on the premise of Government Technical College by the government
of Imo State in 1978 as the High School of Technology, Owerri before it moved
to its current location in Nekede.
On April 7, 1993, the polytechnic was changed
to a federal institution and was renamed "The Federal Polytechnic,
Nekede".
The Federal Polytechnic
Nekede offers courses in National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma
(HND) in undergraduate levels.
With this, we are happy
to inform you that the Federal Polytechnic Nekede has Announced its 2015/2016
academic year Matriculation Ceremony.
According to the
management of the institution, the matriculation ceremony is for 2015/2016
academic session for new students.
As announced by the
management of the institution, the ceremony will take place at Federal
Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri.
The enrollment ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
