This is to bring to the notice of the general
public that the management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has announced
the screening exercise for newly admitted students.
The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa
University (ATBU) has announced the date for the commencement of the screening
exercise and the screening fee that the entire newly UTME and Direct Entry admitted
students are required to pay.
The [ATBU] fresh students screening exercise as follows:

The screening has been set
to commence on the 22nd February 2016 and end on March 4th, 2016.
·
Visit [ATBU] portal at www.atbu.edu.ng and login with your JAMB Reg
Number to generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and proceed to any bank for
payment of three thousand naira (N3000)
only as screening charges.
·
After payment, revisit the
portal, fill the screening form and upload your passport photograph.
·
Print a copy of the
screening form and proceed to your faculty for screening with the following
documents:
a)
Photocopies of all
credentials, a file jacket and 1 passport photograph.
b)
Original copies of your
O-level results i.e WAEC NECO, NABTEB and Grade II in addition to Diploma/NCE,
IJMB for DE candidates.
c)
. Scratch Card Relevant to
your O-level results for on the spot verification from examining bodies’
website.
d)
Original Local Government
Indigene Certificate.
e)
Download copy of the
screening form
Note: Pre-MCE/Pre-ND is not accepted in the place of
O-level results
On successful screening, revisit the portal to
download your admission letter and schedule of fees and wait for the resumption
date of the academic session.
